Attorney Kristen Bonavita is a graduate of Boston College undergraduate and Suffolk University Law School. With an Accounting degree and Law degree, Attorney Bonavita learned the interrelationship between the law and finance. Attorney Bonavita began her career in Estate Planning at Ernst and Young, LLP as an Associate in their Tax and Legal Division. After leaving Ernst and Young, LLP, Attorney Bonavita honed her litigation skills during her time working for both the Office of the Massachusetts Attorney General and the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.
Since 2011, Attorney Bonavita has maintained a private practice in Newburyport serving clients throughout Essex, Middlesex and Suffolk Counties. As a wife and mother, Attorney Bonavita understands the need for a strong and thorough estate plan – considering issues of guardianship for minor children, health care proxy, power of attorney, will, revocable trust agreements, irrevocable trust agreements and other potential probate related issues.
